What Do We Do...
As soon as you have chosen your cruise our work begins. We take care of all of the required pre-departure coordination, inter-unit liason, and medical administration right through to onboard co-ordination and booking of your cruise (shore excursions where available) at no extra charge to you our client. We are not a call centre and as such you will have a seamless, one to one personal service with your co-ordinator, who will contact you with regular updates and progress reports all the way through to your departure.
Over the years we have sent many delighted dialysis clients on cruising holidays, most of whom had never cruised before and who now number many who cruise again and again. We understand the sensitivies involved in taking your first trip on dialysis and hopefully our experience will help determine and find the cruise that best suits your requirements whilst taking care of everything else involved in creating a holiday that you, your family and/or friends will remember.
You will without doubt have many questions if you are considering a cruise for the first time, such as will I be covered if I need to return back to the UK at the rush due to a poterntial transplant etc etc....(yes!) So please don't hesitate to telephone us on 0844 8002624 or better still send your questions in on the form at the bottom of this page and we will endevour to get back to you promptly.
If you would like some brochures or further information please contact us on 0844 800 2624 or send us an email request by filling in the form on the menu above. Please be assured I wont pass on your details or bother you with spam.
