| Thank you very much for organising an excellent holiday. We had a wonderful cruise and everything went really smoothly. It was a pleasure to meet Brian (from your company) who was very helpful if we had any queries and passed on lots of useful tips. The dialysis for my wife went very well and she was looked after with great care during her sessions. The cruise director and all the crew were very professional and did their duties efficiently without ever being "in your face". So thanks again and we look forward to the next one. | I am writing to say a massive thank you for arranging the holiday of a life time for myself and Nellie. From the moment we arrived at the Mozart until the moment we left we had a fantastic time. It took me a week to get back to normality, my heart was still on the boat! The rest of the party were great and we all got on very well. The weather was great, the towns we visited were just the right mix and we had the help and company of Brian from your company - a definite bonus. | We have returned safely from our fantastic trup on the Europa around the Black Sea. The nephrologist was brill and the nurses were lovely - expert attentio. The ship is wonderful. All in all, for the quality, and what we've seen and experienced, we do not think the costs of the Europa were expensive. And most importantly my husband was taken great care of. Indeed there were a couple of occasions when he required quick dialysis action, to which the doctor responded immediately.<br /> <br /> In short, fully recommend this to anyone who is hesitating, and you were right when you said once you've been on the Europa you won't want to choose any other cruise line, or ship!
